How does the Phoenix heat affect outdoor balloon arches?
The Arizona sun causes balloons to expand and oxidize. For outdoor events, we use professional-grade latex, light-reflecting colors, and “under-inflation” techniques to prevent popping. We also recommend shaded placement whenever possible. There are more issues as well, that are discussed on a venue by venue basis.
What size arch do I need?
A standard double-door entrance usually requires 25 linear feet using our arch structures. We rarely recommend helium; certainly not for the outdoors, but in some situations it is necessary when you need to go really large!. Typically, we recommend staying within the 45 foot range with our balloon arch structures.
