She went above and beyond from start to finish—arriving early on a Sunday morning and creating a stunning setup in record time. When we unexpectedly ran out of helium for some additional balloons, Francine didn’t miss a beat. She quickly coordinated with another vendor, who showed up at 6:15 AM the next morning to help us out. That level of dedication and responsiveness is truly rare. Her customer service was exceptional—hands down one of the best experiences we’ve had. We highly recommend Francine and The Balloon People!

She was professional, communicative, and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. The setup was seamless, and everything looked even better than I imagined. So many guests complimented the balloons and asked where I found her! If you’re looking for someone who delivers high-quality, eye-catching balloon décor, she is the one to book.
