Using Balloons to Flare Up Events Balloon

Décor in Events – Win Your Guests’ Hearts

“Nobody can be uncheered with a balloon”

Winnie-the-Pooh, A. A. Milne

Whether it is a birthday celebration, a wedding, or a corporate event, make balloon décor a part of your event. There are of course the regular plain, colorful balloons that make any room cheerful. But there’s so much more!  Logos can be printed on balloons so they can be used for branding purposes. There are some varieties that are specifically used for casual events like date nights. Despite their simplicity, balloons can take any event from ordinary to extraordinary.

If you are looking for creative ways in which you can decorate your upcoming event, here are a few balloon types and arrangements that you can consider.

  1. Balloon Bouquet

Gone are the days when bouquets were only made of flowers. Now, we have floral balloon bouquets in which balloons are arranged like flower petals to resemble flowers. These bouquets are highly versatile and can be used to decorate any event, regardless of how formal or casual it might be.

As for the type of balloons, they can be colorful, monotonous, glittery, confetti-filled or even tulle-filled or even just plain, depending on your personal preference and of course, the nature of your event.

  1. Glitter Balloons

Who doesn’t love a little bling or glittery, especially when it is about parties and bashes?

Glittery balloons are an amazing addition to the balloon range. As the name implies, these balloons are either made of glittery material or are filled with glitter to add a touch of class to your event. Glittery balloon décor can be a big hit for energetic occasions like concerts or celebratory parties.

These can be arranged in clusters, attached randomly, and even to create glitzy backdrops without spending much on lighting.

  1. Balloon Clouds

How about getting large balloon clouds made using helium balloons? It’s actually a great way to use balloons for event decor! These balloon clouds can be easily included in all kinds of family get-togethers, such as birthdays, baby showers, etc. and on a larger level can be incorporated into big mega-events.

  1. Balloon Arch

Balloons arches have always been a staple in balloon décor but now the latest trend in balloon décor is the organic demi arch. With the regular balloon arch, You can either choose a single color or as many colors as you like to get a large rainbow-like arch made to work as stage backdrops or placed at the entrances of events.

Since the arch resembles the shape of a rainbow, it is more commonly made using balloons of rainbow shades. These rainbow arches are typically used in birthday parties and other events arranged for children. Of course, they are a staple in Pride parades and all Pride events all over the world   Unicorn, caticorn and mermaid themes are huge right now.

  1. Balloon Fireworks

Fireworks are nice but not safe. In case you feel sad about avoiding them due to safety concerns, here’s some good news for you.

Firework or exploding balloons are a safer alternative to real fireworks. They are infused with confetti or small balloons and once popped, they rain glitter/confetti to resemble fireworks.  They have also been known to rain Rolex watches (see an earlier blog).  These balloons not only make events fun but also add color, sparkle, and life to them.
