It’s not often that a balloon job reduces me to tears but this one did. A young mom passed away and her mom did not want her children to be traumatized by their mom’s casket so she wanted something to hide the coffin truck and to go around the casket, almost making it appear that she was being lifted by a cloud of balloons. I believe we accomplished that. However, while we were creating this piece, a slideshow of this woman’s life was playing with the accompanying music in the background and that was the tearjerker. Our job is clearly not always happy occasions. Our goal then is to make those unhappy ones as beautiful as possible 😢 @legacyfuneralhome
